1. Our Services

PearPlug provides Fortnite accounts and “gens” (in-game account-related products/services).

By purchasing from PearPlug, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms of Service and any additional rules provided in our Discord server.

2. Discord Terms

Additional rules, requirements, and information about our products and services may be provided in the official PearPlug Discord server.

You are responsible for checking the Discord server and reading the applicable Terms of Service before making a purchase.

3. Purchases

Please make sure you understand what you are purchasing before completing your order.

Once an order has been completed, it is considered final.

4. No Refunds or Cancellations

All sales are final. PearPlug does not offer refunds or cancellations after a purchase has been completed.

Please carefully review the product information and applicable rules before purchasing.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

• Follow the rules provided by PearPlug.
• Use purchased products/services responsibly and lawfully.
• Not attempt to defraud, exploit, or abuse PearPlug or its services.

6. Fortnite and Epic Games

PearPlug is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Epic Games or Fortnite unless expressly stated otherwise.

Your use of any Fortnite-related account or service is also subject to the applicable rules and terms of Epic Games.

7. Changes to Our Services

PearPlug may change, update, suspend, or discontinue products or services at any time.

We may also update these Terms of Service when necessary. The updated version will apply from the date it is published, subject to applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

The PearPlug name, branding, graphics, website content, and other original materials belonging to PearPlug may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PearPlug is not responsible for losses resulting from the misuse of purchased products or from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

10. Agreement

By using PearPlug or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to read these Terms of Service and agree to follow them.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use PearPlug or make a purchase.
